missingWrote a review on 05 Marnoise disruption
Noise from neighboring rooms can disrupt sleep, especially from creaky floors and barking pets. The dining options lack variety, particularly for vegetarians, with limited menu items and certain dishes unavailable. it can feel quite chilly in the bar area during colder months.

The dinner was an absolute treat, with top-notch vegetarian dishes that turned my taste buds into explorers. Breakfast stole the show too, with a superb spread that made mornings feel special. We also loved the warm welcome from the staff, and the room was well-equipped for a comfy stay.
A cheeky critique here, the room was a tad neglected with a few cleanliness issues, like crumbs under the bed and the bathroom needing a little facelift. it would have been handy to have a long mirror in the room and accessible power points for hairdryers.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The location is stunning! I enjoyed large rooms with chic bathrooms—perfect after a long hike.
Service timing was chaotic, leading to delays! Not to mention, food could've been better organized.

lovely location, but the noise from creaky floors and rude neighbors was unbearable. the food? well, my veggie curry was a disgrace, basically just rice, and still, they dared to charge the same! expected a welcoming gift or room upgrade after this chaos, but nope. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

picturesque village location, interesting decor, cozy fireplace
Long wait times for check-in and check-out!!! Noise from poorly soundproofed rooms affected sleep quality!!! Water pressure in some rooms could be improved!!!

It was just a fitting option for a weekend outing in Clapham with very good value for money. The service was first class, even down to driving our group to the highly recommended Mayhem Cove for our Sunday walk. Don't forget to explore the local shops for little snacks.

I found this hidden gem located in a charming village with stunning views of the beck. The cozy bar area, complete with a traditional log fire, contributed to a truly homely feeling. It served as an excellent base for exploring the breathtaking scenery of the southern Dales, while the quality of the food, sourced locally, showcased their commitment to sustainability.
